They are very efficient. The shot I received today is really hurting. I’ve never had pain after a shot before. I know he had a little more difficult time giving it. I’m praying it feels much better tomorrow. Because right now it is really hurting.

First impressions do make a difference. The reception/waiting area is very well done and pleasant to wait in. The waiting time was very short. All staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Weber was very friendly, introduced himself as "Jeff" and got to the issues I was there for. He explained why I had the condition I was there for and recommended and implemented the proper treatment. Next day, I felt 75% better.

Dr. Webber is always very friendly and polite. He is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise and answers questions in a way that's easy to understand. All of his staff are incredibly kind as well. I would highly recommend Birch Tree Foot and Ankle Specialists for anyone needing a podiatrist.

Beautiful facility. Although there were many people arriving, there was not a long wait time at all. Staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I could not have had a better experience and would highly recommend this practice.

This was my first appt with Dr. Weber, I have been a patient at Birch Tree for 10+ years. Dr. Weber was very personable, it was evident he had read my chart and was current on my foot concerns. We talked through several strategies/options and have a Plan A and a Plan B. He clarified pros & cons and I felt he listened to me and I did not feel rushed to a decision. Office staff continues to friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my experience.
